In addition to AFL games, our suites are also available at all other sporting events including A-League & International Soccer games, NRL State of Origin, Rugby Union International and T20 (Big Bash) Cricket.

* All costs are based on AFL Premiership Season games for 16 guests inclusive of food & beverage. Additional costs apply for special events, additional guests, beverage packages including spirits and sit-down dining packages.

2012 MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The below terms and conditions of the St Kilda Football Club (Saints) (the Club) Membership are relevant to the purchase of 2012 Membership. Terms and conditions of membership are subject to change and are at the discretion of the Club.

MEMBERSHIP PURCHASES - Membership products that have generic entry entitlements (without an allocated Reserved Seat) can be purchased online at saints.com.au or via a 2012 Membership application form. Membership products that include an allocated Reserved Seat must be applied for by phone or by mail.

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP - To be eligible for Junior Membership (and Youth 11 Memberships), Members must be between the age of 5 years and 15 years as at 1 January 2012 and provide proof of age in the form of a valid Student Concession Card at the time of purchase.

YOUTH CONCESSION MEMBERSHIP - Youth Concession Membership is available to a holder of a valid Pensioner Card, and to full time students, between the ages of 16 years and 20 years at 1 January 2012.  When applying for a Student Concession Membership, proof of concession details are requested at the time of application. Student Concession Members must also carry their current student identification with them on a game day.

CONCESSION MEMBERSHIP - Student Concession Membership is available to a holder of a valid Pensioner Card, and to full time students.  When applying for a Student Concession Membership, proof of concession details are requested at the time of application. Student concession members must also carry their current student identification with them on a game day.

PENSIONER CONCESSION MEMBERSHIP - Pension Concession Membership is available to members holding Pensioner Concession Cards issued by Centrelink, the Department of Health and Community Services, the Department of Veteran Affairs for the Aged, Disability Support, War Veterans, Single Supporting Parents, Disability Carers, War Widows and TPI Pensions.  When applying for a Pension Concession Membership, proof of the applicants concession details are requested at the time of application. Pension Concession Members must also carry their current Pension Card with them on a game day.

COUNTRY MEMBERSHIPS - Members purchasing Country Memberships must reside in excess of 120km from Etihad Stadium.

INTERSTATE / INTERNATIONAL MEMBERSHIPS - Members purchasing interstate/International Memberships (Standard, Prime, Premium) must reside outside of the State of Victoria.  Interstate/ International Members have the right to purchase finals tickets (weeks 1-3 only) in preference to non-members.  This does not extend to the Toyota AFL Grand Final without Social Club.

LITTLE SAINT MEMBERSHIP - Members purchasing Little Saint Membership must be under the age of 4 years at 1 January 2012.  The Club does not guarantee access to AFL games, however the AFL terms and conditions allow for this Member to access all Saints AFL games.  Security have the right to deny entry should this Member not be able to present their Membership Card.  Little Saints Membership may not be purchased with a family product.

NON ACCESS MEMBERS - Sideline Saint Membership does not offer the right to register to purchase a Toyota AFL Grand Final ticket.  It does not provide access to any AFL games.

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP - Family Memberships include 2 adults and 2 juniors (as per Junior requirements).

SOCIAL CLUB - References to Social Club packages include a benefit relating to the Grand Final.  This is subject to a priority booking and registration system administered by a ticketing agency and the AFL.  The benefit related to access to purchase a ticket should the Saints be a participating team in the 2012 Toyota Grand Final.  Tickets are subject to capacity and do not guarantee a Reserved Seat.

SUBJECT TO CAPACITY - Membership packages inclusive of entry rights, but excluding an allocated Reserved Seat, have stadium admission rights that are subject to stadium capacity. If a stadium capacity issue is identified for a specific game (i.e. ticketed events), the Club may declare the match as a ‘Fully Ticketed Event’. If a game is declared a ‘Fully Ticketed Event’, members with entry rights and no allocated seat will be provided with an opportunity to upgrade their entry to a Reserved Seat through the nominated ticket agent (at the Reserved Seat fee) to guarantee a seat. Alternatively, standing room areas will be available for these Members for a ‘Fully Ticketed Event’ subject to stadium capacity.

AFL FINALS - Any reference to AFL finals entitlements within membership packages are subject to the Saints being a participating team.

2012 MEMBERSHIP FULFILMENT - 2012 Membership Cards and the basic Members Pack will be posted to Members commencing January 2012 or if purchased after this date, approximately 21 working days from receipt of application.

MEMBERSHIP CARDS - Members are required to carry their current 2012 Saints Membership Card (Card) with them when attending a match.

LOST OR STOLEN MEMBERSHIP CARDS - If a Card is lost, the member will be required to contact the Club Membership Support Team to organise a replacement Card at a fee of $10 per Card. In the instance of a stolen Membership Card, the Membership Card will be replaced at no cost upon provision of a police report or statutory declaration.

MEMBERS CODE OF CONDUCT - Whilst barracking and supporting your club is a vital part of the game, offensive language and gestures are not in the spirit of the game. Likewise, Members who consume alcohol of a game day are to do so responsibly so that their behaviour does not spoil the event for fellow attendees. Members who breach the behaviour code of conduct may face membership penalties including cancellation of their membership.

MEMBERS PRIVACY - The Club recognises the importance of your privacy.  All information collected will be handled in accordance with the National Privacy Legislation.  For full details of our privacy policy, visit the membership section of saints.com.au.

TICKETS TO CAPACITY - Membership packages inclusive of ticket rights to interstate away Saints games, with an allocated Reserved Seat, have stadium admission rights that are subject to stadium capacity. If a stadium capacity issue is identified for a specific game (i.e. ticketed events), the Club may declare the game as a ‘Fully Ticketed Event’. If a game is declared a ‘Fully Ticketed Event’, Members with entry rights and no allocated seat will be provided with an opportunity to upgrade their entry to a Reserved Seat through the nominated ticket agent (at the Reserved Seat fee) to guarantee a seat. Alternatively, standing room areas will be available for these Members for a ‘Fully Ticketed Event’ subject to stadium capacity.  Additionally the Club does not guarantee that tickets will be available to all Members as advertised as the Club is restricted by the stadium admission rights.

GST - All prices listed in this brochure include GST.

REFUND POLICY - Refunds are not available on memberships or additional products purchased from the Club. The Club is not liable to you for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of the 2012 Toyota AFL Premiership Season matches being cancelled, postponed or changed (including venue change).

RESERVED SEAT HOLDERS - Members must have a valid Saints Membership in order to purchase a reserved seat. 1 seat per a membership applies.  Applications for Social Club waiting list will strictly be taken in order of receipt.  Reserved Seats will be processed in the order that they are received.  Failure to renew a seat by the cut-off date of date (20 January 2012) may result in loss of the reservation of a seat in the situation that the seat has been reallocated.

TRANSFERABILITY - All Saints Memberships are strictly non-transferable (excluding 300 Club).

GRAND FINAL TERMS - In the event that St Kilda participates in the 2012 Toyota AFL Grand Final the following will apply -

  1. All Life Members will be offered the opportunity to register for a 2012 Toyota AFL Grand Final Ticket
  2. All Social Club Members (excluding Full AFL Members) will be offered the opportunity to register for a 2012 AFL Grand Final ticket in preference to standard Members. 
  3. 2012 AFL Grand Final tickets allocated to competing teams are a combination of reserved seating and standing room tickets.
  4. Allocated tickets cannot be changed once the transaction is completed.
  5. Full AFL Members and St Kilda Social Club must register for a Grand Final ticket though the AFL allocation
  6. Country, Interstate/International members have the right to purchase finals tickets (weeks 1-3 only) in preference to non-members. This does not extended to the AFL Grand Final either with or without Social Club.
