Residence Hall Association
Making The Residence Halls A Home
The Residence Hall Association is the voice of on-campus residents, serving as a liaison between residents and the campus community. Its purpose is to create an on-campus academic environment that is inclusive, safe, and active with social, cultural, and educational programs, as well as community service and Hall Councils. Our residence halls are not just places to sleep, but also places to 鈥渓ive, learn, and grow鈥 through our development of on-campus life.
What We Do
- Advocacy & Governance
Serve as a liaison between residents, hall councils, and administration; address policies; host open forums and town halls to voice resident concerns. - Programming & Events
Organize social, cultural, educational, and tradition-based events鈥攊ncluding signature NDJCU events like Welcome Week activities, community service, and seasonal celebrations. - Leadership & Development
Empower students to develop leadership skills through committee participation, executive roles, and regional or national conference delegations.
